NITTO KOHKI 80PC (SP Cupla Series) is an extra-large 1-inch male air quick connect plug (male thread R 1" or equivalent to G1) designed to support main air piping systems, hydraulic equipment, and heavy industrial machinery. 100% made in Japan, this coupler is part of the SP Cupla system featuring a built-in automatic shut-off valve mechanism. Constructed from special hardened steel with a premium anti-rust coating and fitted with high-quality NBR rubber seals, it ensures safety, zero pressure drop, and leak-free performance even under continuous shock pressure resistance.

Features

Two-way Shut-off Valve System: The PC plug features a built-in spring valve that seals shut immediately upon disconnection from the female socket, preventing air or fluid blow-out.

Special Hardened Steel: Heat-treated to increase resistance to torque and severe impact in accordance with Japanese factory standards.
