Nitto Kohki TSP Cupla Model 2TSM STEEL NBR is a heavy-duty industrial quick-connect female coupler (socket) with Rc1/4-inch female thread. The body is made of high-duty hardened steel imported from Japan. The primary highlight of the TSP Cupla series is its valveless structure, which completely eliminates flow resistance for air, gas, or liquids, allowing fluids to pass through at 100% full capacity (zero pressure drop). Paired with a high-performance nitrile rubber (NBR) seal, it locks securely, remains robust, and offers outstanding resistance to scratching and impacts on heavy job sites.

Features

Valveless High-Flow Structure: No valve stem obstructs the air or fluid passage, pushing the flow rate past normal limits for full-power air pressure and excellent handling of high-viscosity liquids.

Hardened Steel Body: Made of high-grade steel, highly resistant to impacts, compression, and wear from frequent connection and disconnection. Ideal for heavy-duty applications.

Premium Nitrile Rubber Seal: Provides perfect sealing and leak prevention, with exceptional resistance to lubricating oils, chemical contaminants in air systems, and air pressure.

Precision Ball Locking Mech: Ball bearing locking mechanism around the body provides a tight, secure lock, protection against backpressure, and effortless disconnection of the male plug.

Applications

Used for installation in high-pressure air supply lines, industrial spray painting lines using chemicals or high-viscosity paints, or hydraulic oil supply lines.

Suitable for industrial machinery, shipyards, heavy-duty automotive repair shops, and construction sites operating large pneumatic tools that require full-spec pressure with zero pressure drop across couplers.

Caution: Because it is a valveless type, fluid or air in the line will discharge immediately upon disconnection. Always install a main shut-off valve upstream in the line prior to disconnecting.
