The Nitto Kohki Mold Cupla model K-03SH BRASS FKM is a high-performance female socket quick coupler for mold applications (Mold Cupla), manufactured from genuine premium-grade brass imported from Japan. The rear end is designed as a hose barb for connecting to a 3/8-inch (approx. 8.5 mm to 9.5 mm) air hose or liquid supply hose. The advanced engineering highlight of this model is the selection of internal O-ring seals made of fluororubber (FKM / Viton), renowned for its exceptional resistance to high heat and petroleum-based chemicals. This allows the coupler to safely handle the circulation of hot water or cooling oil in molds. It locks securely with a Japanese-standard ball-lock quick-connect mechanism, providing double safety to prevent pressure drops and absolutely eliminate rust issues.

High Heat Resistant FKM Rubber Seal (Fluororubber Seal): Special-grade internal O-ring capable of withstanding circulating fluid temperatures up to 180°C, with excellent resistance to oils and corrosive chemicals; the seal resists swelling and tearing.

Rust-Free Genuine Brass Construction (Premium Brass Body): 100% genuine brass body, highly resistant to corrosion from circulating water and high humidity environments, extending service life and preventing scale buildup on internal mechanisms.

Secure Lock Hose Barb Connection: 3/8-inch hose barb end featuring sharply defined anti-slip ridges that grip the hose firmly and securely when fastened with a hose clamp.
