The NITTO KOHKI 600SF is a premium industrial-grade female quick connect coupler made in Japan. Manufactured from high-grade hardened steel, its structure offers high wear and impact resistance. The coupler is specifically designed for high-pressure air piping and pneumatic hose systems. It features a built-in automatic shut-off valve mechanism within the socket, preventing air from leaking out of the system when disconnecting the male plug, thereby enhancing safety and convenience for quick air tool changeovers without shutting off the main air supply valve.

Features

High Pressure Resistance: Supports a standard working pressure of up to 2.0 MPa (approx. 20 kgf/cm²) and a maximum transient pressure of up to 3.0 MPa, making it safe for factory pneumatic systems.

One-Way Automatic Shut-off Valve: Features an internal socket valve that closes tightly the moment the plug is disconnected, preventing backflow and system pressure drops.

Excellent Durability: Made of specially hardened steel, resistant to tens of thousands of repeated connections and disconnections without wear, and provides good corrosion resistance.

Air-Tight Seal: High-quality internal rubber seal mechanism ensures zero air leakage even under prolonged continuous pressure.

Standard Threading: Female thread size R3/4 inch (international standard pipe thread) is fully compatible with steel pipes, fittings, and standard pneumatic supply equipment.
