The NITTO KOHKI F35-2P STEEL FKM is a heavy-duty industrial grade flat face hydraulic quick connect plug (Flat Face Cupla / male plug), authentically imported from Japan. It is specially designed to solve the problem of messy hydraulic oil dripping during hose disconnection. With a special valve mechanism that seals flush with the mating surface (Spill-free structure), it prevents external contaminants from entering the system and minimizes oil loss. The body is made of specially selected hardened steel to reliably withstand hydraulic pressure and system shock loads, and is equipped with FKM (Viton) rubber seals that offer superior resistance to heat, chemicals, and all types of lubricating oils.
Features
Flat Face Spill-Free Design: Flush, flat contact surface without deep crevices makes it easy to wipe away dirt before connection and prevents oil drips during hose disconnection 100%.
High Grade Hardened Steel: Body made of special hardened steel, resistant to impacts, surge pressure, and cumulative wear from heavy-duty use.
Premium FKM (Viton) Seal: Fluororubber (FKM) seal offers excellent high-temperature resistance and resists chemicals as well as all types of synthetic hydraulic oils.
Two-Way Shut-Off Automatic Valve: Automatic shut-off valve system upon disconnection prevents fluids from spraying out safely according to high safety standards.
