NITTO KOHKI TSP Cupla model 8TPH BSBM is a 1-inch hose barb male plug quick coupler featuring a Straight Through internal design (valveless, open-bore type). Cast and precision-machined from premium high-grade brass (BSBM) to Japanese industrial standards, it provides superior resistance to rust and corrosion caused by moisture or general fluids.

Because this TSP Cupla series fitting has no valve core or spring mechanism obstructing the passage, air, gas, or viscous liquids can flow through freely at 100% full capacity (Maximum Flow Rate) with zero resistance. This results in an extremely low pressure drop, making it ideal for fluid lines that require high flow rates.

Features

Straight Through Design: No internal valve mechanism obstructs the flow path, allowing liquids, air, or gases to pass through at full capacity and making clean-in-place (CIP) pipeline cleaning easy and thorough.

Premium BSBM Brass Body: Resistant to rust and corrosion from vapors and moisture. Safe for use with water, air, or various industrial oils.

Precisely Deep-Grooved Hose Barb: The barbed ridges are designed to grip the inner rubber lining of a 1-inch hose securely. When secured with a hose clamp, it provides excellent protection against dislodging and leakage.

Maximum Working Pressure up to 3.0 MPa: The extra-thick brass construction withstands a normal working pressure of up to 30 bar and a proof pressure of up to 4.5 MPa (45 bar).

International Standard Connection Mechanism: Engineered to genuine Japanese specifications, it fits snugly and locks securely into 1-inch TSP Cupla series female sockets, ensuring reliable safety.

Applications
