The NITTO KOHKI Lever Lock Cupla, model L-6SD-SUS, is a female coupler (socket) fitting with a 3/4-inch female thread (Rc 3/4) utilizing a high-standard Japanese industrial cam & groove / lever lock connection system. Both the body and lever arms are crafted from premium stainless steel (SUS304), providing maximum strength and outstanding resistance against corrosion from chemicals, oils, solvents, and fluctuating weather conditions.

The valveless / straight-through internal design ensures fluids, air, or liquid chemicals flow through the coupler at 100% full capacity (Maximum Flow Rate) without restriction or pressure loss. The lever lock mechanism is precisely engineered to prevent accidental uncoupling from machine vibrations, reliably meeting the demands of chemical, food production lines, and fluid piping systems.

Convenient and Fast Lever Lock System: Connect and disconnect hoses effortlessly simply by inserting the plug and pressing the lever arms down; locks securely in seconds without requiring wrenches or threading tools.

Straight Through Design: Free of internal valves or springs obstructing the flow path, minimizing pressure drop and sediment accumulation while facilitating easy clean-in-place (CIP) line flushing.
