The NITTO KOHKI model NO.08035 is a genuine, premium-grade pilot pin/center pin imported from Japan. Specially designed as an essential accessory for use with NITTO KOHKI Jetbroach / Annular Cutters in the 35L series (35 mm cutting depth), this pin precisely locates the center point before drilling, guides and stabilizes the cutter into the material without runout, automatically controls the coolant flow when the pin tip contacts the workpiece, and instantly ejects the core slug once the cut is completed.

Features

Made in Japan: Manufactured from specially hardened tool steel to NITTO KOHKI's engineering standards, offering excellent resistance to thrust force, impact, and high-heat friction

Slug Ejection Mechanism: Built with international standard dimensions, the pin works in conjunction with the machine arbor's spring system to quickly push the cup-shaped metal core out of the cutter, preventing chips from jamming inside the cutter

Automatic Coolant On/Off System: When installed in the arbor, the pin acts as a mechanical valve to hold back coolant and supplies it directly through the cutter flutes only when the pin tip is pressed against the workpiece surface, significantly extending cutter life

High Precision: Symmetrical round bar along its entire length, free from bending or deflection, delivering stability during high-speed drilling and reducing magnetic base drill vibration
