NITTO KOHKI NO.63683 is a pack of 5 triangular file blades, a premium accessory and 100% genuine spare part directly imported from Japan. Designed to be mounted on high-performance pneumatic filing machines in the NITTO KOHKI Super Hand (model SH-100A) and Super Hand Light (model ASH-900) series, this NO.63683 file features tooth angles specially engineered for deburring and finishing aluminum or soft metals. The rear shank is precision-machined square to perfectly fit the chuck system of the air tool, locking securely without slipping or flying off during high-speed operation.

Made in Japan: Guarantees steel quality and forming conforming to Japanese Industrial Standards, offering higher resistance to breakage and wear than conventional files.

Single Cut Pattern: The single diagonal row of cutting teeth allows smooth deburring on aluminum without digging too deep into the workpiece, delivering a smoother surface finish than double cut files.

Excellent Chip Evacuation: The single-cut design eliminates frustrating clogging and chip packing from soft, sticky aluminum (anti-clogging) and is easy to clean.

Triangular Profile: Ideal for working into tight corners, V-grooves, gear teeth, or deburring internal edges that other file shapes cannot reach.
