The NITTO KOHKI L-10SD-SUS is a female coupler cap or dust cap of the highest industrial grade from the Lever Lock Cupla series (LA series code) from Japan. Designed to cap and cover 1-inch male quick connect plugs, its body is cast from genuine high-grade stainless steel (SUS304) for absolute corrosion resistance against chemicals, acids, alkalis, oils, and all types of fluids. This device serves as an essential barrier to protect the mating surface of fluid distribution systems, preventing dust, sand granules, water spray, and foreign contaminants from slipping inside to clog or damage internal valves and rubber seals while disconnected, effectively extending the lifespan of expensive coupler systems.

Premium SUS304 Stainless Steel: Made entirely of 304-grade stainless steel, including the lever arm assembly. Locks tightly, highly robust, rust-free throughout its service life, and resistant to acids, alkalis, and concentrated solvents.

Twin Lever Safety Lock: Uses a dual-side lever mechanism to lock securely and tightly onto the male plug in an instant. Will not detach even under impacts or production line vibrations.
