The NITTO KOHKI F35-2S (Flat Face Cupla - female socket type) quick-connect coupling for high-pressure hydraulic systems is a premium flat-face coupling innovation from Japan, designed to revolutionize operations in industrial hydraulic systems. The body is manufactured from specially selected hardened steel to withstand extreme pressures and utilizes a fluororubber seal (FKM / Viton), which provides exceptional thermal stability and resistance to corrosion from all types of hydraulic fluids.

Featuring an exclusive flat-face mechanism, it eliminates hydraulic fluid leaks or messy drips during disconnection (non-spill / dry disconnect) and prevents dirt, dust, or air from contaminating the hydraulic system. The coupler has a 1/4" body size with female thread (Rc 1/4"), providing tight, precise, and maximally secure locking in compliance with the international ISO 16028 standard.

Features

Flat Face Non-Spill Technology: Completely flat mating surfaces prevent oil drips upon disconnection, keeping work areas clean and conserving hydraulic fluid.

High-Grade Hardened Steel: Hardened steel body resists impact and cumulative high operating pressures, with a special surface plating to prevent rust.

Premium FKM Seal (Viton): Fluoroelastomer seal offers outstanding resistance to heat buildup in hydraulic systems, as well as high resistance to chemicals, solvents, and synthetic hydraulic oils.

Safety Lock Mechanism: Prevents accidental disconnection. The external locking sleeve must be rotated to align with the notch before it can be disconnected, ensuring operator safety in high-pressure systems.
