NITTO KOHKI 350-2S STEEL FKM 1/4-inch hydraulic quick-connect coupler (350 Cupla system, Socket with R1/4 female thread), 100% genuine Japanese design and manufacture. Developed specifically to meet the demands of hydraulic and high-pressure fluid transfer applications requiring maximum cleanliness and safety. The internal valve structure features a special purge/minimal spill design that prevents outside air from entering the system during connection and stops internal oil or fluid from dripping out upon disconnection. The body is made of hardened special steel, providing excellent resistance to torque and impulse pressure impacts. Fitted with highest-grade FKM (Viton) seals, resistant to heat, acids, alkalis, and all types of hydraulic fluids.

Features

Minimal Spill Valve Mechanism: Designed with a flat valve face to minimize residual fluid in the line and effectively prevent dripping or splashing during disconnection, keeping the work area safe.

Hardened Steel Body: High-strength construction capable of withstanding normal working pressures up to 34.5 MPa (352 kgf/cm²) and a maximum withstand pressure of 51.5 MPa.

Premium FKM (Viton) Seal: Excellent resistance to high temperatures, hydraulic fluids, chemical solvents, and corrosive agents, preventing swelling or premature degradation.

1/4-inch Female Thread Connection (Female Thread - R1/4): High-precision standard threading provides a tight, leak-free connection, fully preventing leaks under high pressure.

TSP/350 Quick-Lock System: Offers convenience and safety in operation, allowing technicians to connect or disconnect hydraulic lines by hand in mere seconds.
