This socket dust cap is designed to work with lever-action quick-connect couplings, commonly known among technicians as the "Lever Lock system" (Lever Lock Cupla / Camlock). It serves as the frontline barrier for protecting and sealing the end of the female coupling (Socket) when not connected to a delivery hose or line.

Its primary function is to prevent dust, dirt, gravel, soil, sand, and moisture from accumulating inside the socket—contaminants that can significantly reduce flow rates and damage internal rubber seals upon system startup. The cap features side locking lugs that pair perfectly with the socket's lever arms, ensuring a tight, secure lock that prevents residual liquids or gases in the line from leaking out.
