NITTO KOHKI 90101 (2 mm x 180 mm steel chisel needle set) is a genuine consumable spare part of the highest industrial standard from Japan. Specifically manufactured for use with NITTO KOHKI's Jet Chisel PNEUMATIC series needle scalers. With a slim needle diameter of only 2 mm, it allows deep penetration and surface cleaning in narrow grooves, deep recesses, blind spots, or intricate workpieces. The needle structure is made from special alloy carbon steel, precisely heat-treated under strict temperature control following Japanese engineering standards, yielding chisel needles with exceptional toughness and resistance to repeated high-frequency impacts without easily becoming brittle or breaking during operation.

Features

Premium hardened steel from Japan: Highly resistant to continuous high-frequency impacts. The needles feature exceptional flexibility and toughness, reducing the rate of bending or breaking during heavy-duty use.

2 mm size for detailing work: Ideal for getting into small grooves where larger chisel needles cannot reach, leaving the workpiece thoroughly clean in every nook and cranny.

Independent impact distribution mechanism: When operating with a needle scaler, the needle system automatically adjusts its level to the contours, roughness, or slope of the workpiece (Self-Adjusting Action).
