The abbreviation "TSM" designates a male thread plug. It features an exceptional "valveless / straight-through" structure, meaning when connected to a female socket, no valve mechanism or spring obstructs the flow path. Air, liquids, or gases can pass through the 1 1/4-inch cross-section with 100% full efficiency, completely free from pressure drop issues, delivering the most outstanding and stable flow rate for industrial fluid power applications.

Features

Valveless Straight-Through Structure: The open internal core has no valve components to obstruct flow, keeping pressure loss extremely low and enabling high-volume fluids or air to pass through rapidly at full capacity.

Made of High-Grade Hardened Steel: The body is crafted from specially selected steel treated with induction heat hardening, resistant to installation torque, machine vibrations, and wear/scratches from repeated connections.

Supports High-Viscosity Fluids: With no internal valve core or spring assembly, it is ideal for transferring viscous fluids such as thick hydraulic oil, grease, or non-corrosive chemicals without clogging the mechanism with debris or sediment.
