NITTO KOHKI NO.42701 Jetbroach Annular Cutter, easy tool-free blade change
NITTO KOHKI model NO.42701 is a premium Jetbroach Cutter with a 35.0 mm hole diameter and 50 mm cutting depth, imported directly from Japan. Designed to elevate hole cutting in structural steel work, thick beam assembly in buildings, and heavy plate metal engineering, its "Annular Cutting" process (cutting only the periphery of the hole) achieves penetration speeds up to 3 times faster than conventional twist drills. It produces round, clean holes with smooth inner walls and no burrs, without requiring a pilot hole (No Pilot Hole Needed). This allows technicians to easily change pilot pins, finish jobs quickly, save effort, and significantly prolong the working life of magnetic base drilling machines.

Features

World-Class TCT (Tungsten Carbide Tipped) Technology: The cutting tips are made of extra-thick industrial-grade tungsten carbide, offering outstanding resistance to heat buildup from high-speed friction against thick metals, consistently drilling mild steel and stainless steel plates.

One-Touch Quick-Change Round Shank: The shank features an international standard round shank design with a One-Touch quick-lock groove. It can be snapped directly into the arbor of a magnetic drill machine using only one bare hand without wrenches or tools, locking securely without slipping for maximum safety.

High-Efficiency Chip Ejection Flutes: The flutes around the cutter body are engineered with precise Japanese angles to rapidly evacuate chips (Chip Ejection), minimizing clogging inside which is the primary cause of cutter breakage within workpieces.

Extra-Thick 50 mm Cutting Depth: Easily penetrates metal plates up to 50 mm thick in a single pass.
