NITTO KOHKI Model NO.16333 is a premium Jetbroach annular cutter with a 33.0 mm hole diameter and a maximum drilling depth of 35 mm, manufactured and directly imported from Japan. Designed to meet the demands of heavy structural steel engineering, thick steel plate fabrication, and structural shapes (H-Beam / I-Beam), this cutter employs annular cutting principles to cut metal only around the circumference of the hole. Unlike conventional twist drills that must pulverize the entire core, this reduces machine load, yields round, smooth, and burr-free holes without requiring a pilot hole (No Pilot Hole Required), saves operators up to 3 times the work time, and delivers superior on-site efficiency.

Features

Premium TCT (Tungsten Carbide Tipped) Cutting Teeth: The cutting tips are made of extra-thick tungsten carbide, offering exceptional resistance to frictional heat buildup at high speeds. This ensures smooth drilling through high-tensile steel, mild steel, stainless steel, and thick alloys without easy chipping or wear.

One-Touch Quick-Change Round Shank: The shank features a standard One-Touch round profile with locking pin detents. It can be quickly and safely snapped into NITTO KOHKI magnetic base drills and other leading brands by hand without slipping.

High-Efficiency Flutes: The flute geometry around the cutter body evacuates chips (Chip Ejection) from the hole with maximum efficiency, reducing internal metal chip clogs that are the leading cause of cutter breakage in workpieces.

35 mm Cutting Depth Capacity: Supports through-drilling of thick metal workpieces or stacked steel plates (Layered Plates) in a single drilling pass.
