The NITTO KOHKI FM-03-B is a premium clear-cylinder flow meter made of genuine, high-quality brass from Japan. Specially designed for installation in mold cooling lines of plastic injection molding machines, it features a built-in flow rate adjustment valve in a compact, space-saving design. This allows technicians and operators to clearly read the water flow volume as numerical values through the transparent scale tube, as well as verify and adjust the water volume to precisely equalize the mold temperature across individual machines. It minimizes part warpage and professionally reduces production cycle lead times.

Features

Clear Polycarbonate Scale Tube: High-transparency tube with high pressure resistance. It displays volumetric flow scale markings clearly and accurately, minimizing visual estimation errors.

Compact Built-in Control Valve: Despite its small, space-saving body, it is packed with a flow control valve that can be easily turned by hand, allowing free adjustment of the coolant volume flowing into the mold.

Genuine Brass Body (Japanese C3604 Grade): The base structure and connecting threads are made of well-plated brass, resistant to water corrosion, rust-proof, and capable of withstanding working pressures up to 0.5 MPa.

Easy Installation and Reversible Design: The threaded connection shaft on the outlet side (T2 Side) rotates freely left and right, making it convenient to install onto piping lines even in confined spaces without having to turn the gauge body.

NBR (Nitrile Rubber) Leak-Proof Seals: Fitted with industrial-grade O-ring seals, ensuring absolute water leak prevention under continuous operating pressure.

Applications

Used for installation on water manifolds of plastic injection molding machines or metal die-casting machines in industrial plants.
