NITTO KOHKI Jetbroach annular cutter model NO.16433, diameter 33 mm (maximum cutting depth 35 mm), is a high-performance metal cutting tool featuring 100% genuine advanced engineering standards from Japan. Commonly known among technicians and industrial procurement as "Jetbroach" or annular cutter, it is designed to revolutionize drilling in thick steel and large structural steel. The cutting mechanism cuts only the circumference of the hole, unlike traditional twist drills that must grind and remove all the metal from the hole. This smart mechanism enables the Jetbroach to drill through metal workpieces quickly, accurately, and smoothly without requiring a pilot hole, significantly reducing torque load and energy consumption for magnetic base drill motors, extending tool life, and markedly boosting speed and efficiency on construction or maintenance jobs.

Features

Premium TCT (Tungsten Carbide Tipped) cutting edges: Special-grade carbide-tipped teeth arranged at precisely alternating cutting angles offer excellent resistance to heat buildup and cumulative frictional wear, allowing continuous long-term drilling in thick structural steel without losing sharpness.

One-Touch Shank quick-change system: The rear shank features a single-touch quick-coupling design (a 19 mm or 3/4-inch universal shank with locking indents) that allows operators to instantly push and lock the cutter into the magnetic base drill arbor, enabling easy and safe tool changes in seconds without requiring wrenches or tightening tools.

Smooth hole surface, burr-free edges: Thanks to the peripheral cutting design, when the cutter pierces through the workpiece, the center core automatically drops out as a solid slug. It delivers a smooth surface finish and precise circular dimensions to specification, practically eliminating the need for deburring or edge grinding.

Optimized Flute Geometry: The spiral flutes around the cutter body are balanced and ground to rapidly evacuate metal chips and shavings from the hole, while facilitating coolant flow deep into the cutting edges, preventing chip clogging inside, which is the primary cause of carbide tooth breakage.
