The NITTO KOHKI Model 10TSF BRASS NBR brass quick coupler male thread socket (external thread) size R 1 1/4 inch is an industrial coupler from the "TSP Cupla" family designed for fluid piping systems requiring maximum flow efficiency. The internal construction of the socket is a Straight-Through or "valveless type" system with no internal valve mechanism or spring to obstruct the flow path, allowing fluids, air, or gas to flow smoothly at 100% and completely preventing pressure drop issues. The coupler is manufactured from genuine premium-grade brass from Japan, thick, strong, and highly resistant to corrosion from water and humidity. The end of the coupler features a 1 1/4 inch (PT) male thread to fit perfectly with steel pipes, pump threads, or female-threaded adapters.

Features

Straight-Through Type structure: No shut-off valves inside both sides allows maximum fluid and air flow rates, also suitable for high-viscosity media such as grease, viscous oils, or chemicals with suspended sediments without causing clogging.

Industrial Brass Body: Made from high-quality genuine brass, impact-resistant, moisture-resistant, and rust-free throughout its service life.

Japanese standard male thread (R 1 1/4 Male Thread): Sharp, deep, standard taper threads (PT/Taper Thread) screw securely into fittings or plumbing equipment, reducing the risk of stripped threads.

Genuine NBR (Nitrile Rubber) seal: Internal O-ring made of special grade nitrile rubber, offering excellent resistance to oils, lubricants, and abrasion, decisively preventing leaks at the quick coupler connection.

Easy to connect, secure lock, fast and convenient: All-around ball-locking system, outer sleeve easy to slip on with a firm grip, securely locking with the mating plug, safe even in applications with vibration.
