NITTO KOHKI quick connect coupling model 10TSH BRASS NBR size 1 1/4 inch is an industrial coupler in the "TSP Cupla" series designed for fluid, grease, air, or gas transfer applications requiring maximum flow rate. The internal structure is a straight-through system (valveless on both sides) with no internal valve mechanisms or springs obstructing the flow direction, eliminating pressure drop entirely. It is also exceptionally well-suited for high-viscosity liquids such as engine oils, chemical solutions, or fluids containing sediments. The body is made from high-quality genuine brass according to Japanese engineering standards. It provides a tight connection on the hose side with a hose barb engineered for superior grip on rubber hoses when secured with a hose clamp.

Features

Straight-Through Structure (Valveless): 100% open flow path with no internal valve mechanism, allowing fluids to flow smoothly at maximum efficiency and resisting clogging from viscous substances or sediment.

High-Quality Brass Body: The body is made of genuine brass, offering excellent resistance to corrosion from water, weather, and certain chemicals, remaining rust-free throughout its service life.

Hose Barb Connection: The end features a 1 1/4-inch hose barb designed with deep serrations to grip industrial rubber hoses firmly and securely, preventing detachment under pressure.

NBR (Nitrile Rubber) Seal System: Equipped with a genuine NBR O-ring seal, offering excellent resistance to oil, lubricants, and hydraulic fluid, reliably preventing leaks at connection points.

Made in Japan: Locking ball mechanism locks tightly, precisely, and safely according to Japanese industrial plant safety standards.
