The NITTO KOHKI 12TSH STEEL NBR is a hose barb TSP Cupla quick connect plug with a valveless structure, a high-quality product directly from Japan. Designed for 100% smooth fluid delivery in piping and hose lines without any valve mechanism obstructing flow or causing pressure drop (Zero Pressure Drop). The body is made of specially hardened steel to enhance wear resistance from frequent connections and disconnections. Enhanced safety is provided by a premium NBR (Nitrile Rubber) seal that reliably prevents air and fluid leaks, making it ideal for large hose connections in industrial systems.

Features

Straight Through (Valveless) System: The plug contains no internal valve, allowing air, gas, or liquid to flow through at maximum capacity without clogging or pressure drops.
Hose Barb: Designed with serrated ridges to grip firmly onto rubber or air hoses. When secured with a hose clamp, it completely prevents hose detachment.
