The engineering highlight of the 12TPM coupler is its "Valveless Structure" or straight-through mechanism. Inside the body, there are no internal valves or springs obstructing the flow path, significantly reducing friction and completely eliminating pressure drop in the system. Air, liquid chemicals, or high-viscosity fluids can pass through this quick coupler with maximum efficiency. The body is cast from high-quality stainless steel, offering outstanding resistance to acids, alkalis, corrosive chemicals, and rust even in high-humidity work environments, ensuring safety and a long service life.

Features

Valveless Straight-Through Design: Fully open, internal-valveless structure delivers minimal flow resistance, allowing air, chemicals, and fluids to flow at full capacity across the 1-1/2 inch cross-section without chemical residue accumulation inside the coupler.

Premium Stainless Steel Body: The body is made of genuine industrial-grade stainless steel with high corrosion resistance that does not rust. Suitable for chemical applications, heavy-duty environments, or the food and pharmaceutical industries.

High Working Pressure Capability: Supports a standard working pressure of up to 3.0 MPa (30 bar / approx. 435 PSI) and withstands a maximum sudden proof pressure of up to 4.5 MPa.

Anti-Leakage NBR Seal: Features a premium-grade nitrile rubber seal with excellent resistance to engine oil, hydraulic oil, gas, and water. Supports operating temperatures from -20°C to +80°C.
