Break the limits of flow rate in high-pressure supply systems with NITTO KOHKI 16TSM STEEL NBR, a 100% genuine male quick connect coupler with an extra-large 2-inch male thread directly from Japan. Part of the TSP Cupla family—a coupler series chosen by engineers and heavy-industry technicians worldwide when the strongest and most consistent air or fluid flow rate is required.

The unique feature of the 16TSM coupler is its "Valveless Structure" or straight-through design, which has no spring valve assembly obstructing the flow path. This completely eliminates resistance and pressure drop in the system, allowing high-viscosity fluids such as hydraulic oil, grease, chemicals, or even massive volumes of compressor air to flow through this quick coupler with maximum efficiency. The body is manufactured from premium carbon steel, treated with induction hardening at key contact points to provide excellent resistance to torque and jobsite impacts. Sealed against leaks with top-grade NBR (Nitrile Rubber) seals, ensuring safety up to international engineering standards.

Features

Valveless Straight-Through Design: Open, valveless structure eliminates clogging, offers low resistance, and allows air and fluid to flow through the full 2-inch cross-section.

Industrial Carbon Steel Body: Specially hardened steel body withstands tightening torque and resists scratches from dragging on factory floors.

High Working Pressure Capability: Supports a normal working pressure of up to 4.5 MPa (45 bar / approx. 653 PSI) and withstands a sudden proof pressure of up to 6.5 MPa.

NBR Seal & High Temp Compatibility: Comes with genuine nitrile rubber seals offering excellent resistance to lubricants and hydraulic oils, capable of operating in temperatures from -20°C to +80°C.

Applications
