The standout feature of the 16TSF coupler is its "Valveless Structure" or straight-through flow design, which features no internal spring valve mechanism obstructing the fluid path. This minimizes friction, allowing the flow rate to reach maximum capacity while perfectly eliminating pressure drop issues in the system. The body is forged from high-quality carbon steel and hardened to enhance wear resistance from repeated connections and disconnections. Internally fitted with a premium NBR (Nitrile Rubber) seal, it ensures a tight lock and decisively prevents oil and water leaks.

Features

Valveless Straight-Through Design: Internal valve-free structure ensures satisfyingly high flow rates, ideal for high-viscosity fluids such as engine oil, grease, or high-volume water without leaving residual buildup inside the coupler.

High Pressure Suitability: Extra-thick hardened steel body withstands normal working pressure up to 4.5 MPa (45 bar) and momentary maximum pressure up to 6.5 MPa.

Premium NBR Seal: High-quality nitrile rubber (NBR) seal offers excellent corrosion resistance against hydraulic oil, diesel fuel, gas, and industrial lubricants, supporting working temperatures from -20°C to +80°C.
