This is one of the premier quick-connect couplings trusted worldwide by hydraulic technicians and plant engineers as an essential component in hydraulic oil, fluid, and industrial gas piping systems.

The coupler body is made of special carbon steel with induction hardening at the plug head to enhance impact resistance and reduce wear from frequent connect/disconnect cycles. The internal structure features a specialized aerodynamic automatic shut-off valve that ensures smooth fluid flow without pressure drop. When disconnected, the valve shuts instantly to prevent fluid spills and minimize mess in the workspace.

Features

High Working Pressure Rate: The well-engineered structure can withstand a normal working pressure of up to 20.6 MPa (206 bar) and a proof pressure of up to 31.0 MPa.

Premium NBR Seal (Nitrile Rubber): The internal leak-proof seal is made of high-quality synthetic NBR rubber, offering excellent resistance to hydraulic oil, engine oil, lubricants, and abrasion, preventing leakage in the system.

Excellent Durability: The outer surface features zinc plating for rust and corrosion protection. The thick, robust stem withstands torque, pressure, and operating temperatures from -20°C to +80°C.
