The Bosch Starlock Segment Saw Blade BIM ACZ 85 EB (2 608 661 636) is a premium semi-circle (segment) multi-tool blade. Manufactured with bimetal (BIM) technology, it combines the advantages of a high-carbon steel (HCS) body with high-speed steel (HSS) teeth, delivering exceptional wear and heat resistance. Equipped with the intelligent Starlock mounting system featuring a 3D connection, it ensures 100% direct power transfer from the tool to the blade without power loss and supports a 3-second Snap-In quick blade change system. With an 85 mm diameter, this semi-circular shape allows for long, consistent straight cuts as well as neat right-angle cutting or flush cutting directly against material surfaces.

Feature

Starlock Interface System: The standard Starlock locking system ensures a tight, secure fit between the blade and the tool head, reducing vibration kickback to the user's hand, delivering maximum power transmission, and supporting tool-free (Snap-In) blade changes to switch tasks quickly.

Bimetal (BIM) Technology: Bimetal blade construction combining the flexible durability of the blade body with maximum tooth hardness, providing long service life and high resistance to breakage, even when cutting through workpieces containing embedded nails.
