The Bosch Extra Hard TORX Set T20, T25, T30 152 mm (2 607 001 764) is an industrial-grade, extra-long single-ended screwdriver bit set (Extra Long Power Bit Set) featuring 3 of the most popular standard star/TORX® sizes used in structural and machinery work: T20, T25, and T30. Made from high-quality Bosch Extra Hard grade alloy steel, these bits undergo an advanced heat-treatment process. With an overall shaft length of 152 mm (6 inches), they significantly increase reach into deeply recessed screw holes, narrow openings, or blind spots without relying on bit extensions. The shank end features a 1/4-inch hex shank, conveniently packaged in a 3-piece set for flexibility and ease of use across different star screw sizes.

Feature

Extra Hard Steel Quality: Every screwdriver bit is manufactured from high-grade alloy steel and heat-treated to Bosch's proprietary engineering standards, resulting in exceptionally high hardness and toughness. They offer excellent resistance to continuous heavy torsional stress from power tools and delay chipping, wear, or stripping of the star lobes.

Tapered Torsion Zone: The central shank is designed with a tapered neck to act as a torsion zone, flexing to absorb sudden shocks and distribute peak torque during tightening, preventing the star tip from snapping or breaking.

High-Precision TORX® Profile: The 6-lobe star tips (T20, T25, T30) are precision machined and ground with sharp, accurate geometry to engage fully and snugly into the screw recess. This ensures 100% consistent torque transfer and reduces cam-out slippage from the screw head.

Super Extended 152 mm Length: The uniformly straight bit shaft spans an overall length of 152 mm without wobbling at high rotational speeds, providing clear visibility of the workpiece and precise straight-line control in deep recesses or tight spaces.

ISO 1173 Standard E6.3: The shank features a 1/4-inch hex shank conforming to the international ISO 1173 long-shank (E6.3) standard with a deep power groove, ensuring a secure, wobble-free lock into quick-change chucks, impact drivers, and cordless drills without easily falling out.

Application
