SUMO E7016 2.6 mm welding electrode is a low-hydrogen potassium flux-coated electrode designed for welding 490 MPa high tensile strength steel. The 2.6 mm size is ideal for welding work that is thinner than heavy structural components, or for root pass welding in structural work requiring precision and easy puddle control.

Low Hydrogen Properties: Very low hydrogen content in the weld bead helps reduce cold cracking and increases safety in structural welding.

Easy Control: The 2.6 mm diameter helps welders control the weld puddle excellently even in difficult welding positions.

High Mechanical Strength: The weld bead offers high toughness and tensile strength, ensuring reliable joint strength.

All-Position Welding: Can be used in all welding positions (except vertical down), delivering a smooth, uniform, and attractive weld bead.

X-ray Quality: Clean weld deposit free of porosity, capable of passing quality inspections according to international standards.
