SUMO ER4043 (Al-Si5) aluminum welding wire is a coiled welding wire (MIG wire) containing approximately 5% silicon. Designed to have a lower melting point than other aluminum grades and excellent molten pool fluidity, it helps reduce the risk of hot cracking in the weld bead. Ideal for applications requiring a clean and smooth weld seam.

Mini Spool (0.5 kg): Comes in a small 0.5 kg spool, ideal for portable MIG welders or minor repair jobs that do not require large amounts of wire
Application

Suitable for welding aluminum grades 6061, 6063 (grades used for doors and windows), as well as cast aluminum grades 356 and 443

Used in automotive parts industries, general aluminum structural work, and aluminum mold repair work

Instructions for use: Must be used with pure argon (100% Argon) shielding gas

Recommendation: Due to the high softness of aluminum wire (especially the 0.8 mm size), a Teflon liner and a U-groove drive roller should be used to prevent wire bending and jamming
