The SUMO flowmeter tube model WDRESPTUBBG is a "large-tube" spare parts gas metering tube made of high-quality transparent polycarbonate (Polycarbonate) with excellent impact resistance. Designed to be threadless with a supporting shoulder for assembly into argon or CO2 gas pressure regulator sets that use a slip-on cover and shoulder-lock mechanism, enabling users to observe and control the gas flow rate with precision.

High-Impact Polycarbonate: The tube body is exceptionally tough and does not break easily like typical glass tubes, resisting pressure surges and impacts from heavy use.

Large Diameter Design: A large-tube design that allows clear viewing of the float and measurement scale from a distance.

Shoulder Base: The base is designed with a supporting shoulder for a tight, flush fit against the rubber seal at the flowmeter base, preventing gas leakage.

Precision Scale: Accurate flow rate scale printed with special techniques for scratch resistance and long-lasting durability.

Non-Threaded Connection: Designed for use with regulator sets that rely on pressure from an outer cover to secure the tube (no threads on the tube itself).

Application

Used as a replacement spare part for original flowmeter tubes that are damaged, cracked, or cloudy to the point of being unreadable.

Suitable for installation on Argon Regulators or CO2 Regulators in TIG and MIG welding applications.

Instructions for use: Remove the tube cover and the old tube. Check the condition of the rubber base washer, then insert the new tube so that the shoulder locks into the correct position, and retighten the cover moderately.

Recommendation: Clean the float ball before reinserting it into the new tube to ensure smooth and uninterrupted measurement.
