The SUMO CO2 Gas Regulator model WDRECOSUM is a dual-gauge gas pressure regulator made from high-quality brass for durability. Designed to deliver carbon dioxide gas from cylinders consistently and safely, it features precise and clearly readable gauges—ideal for applications requiring a steady supply of CO2 gas.

Feature

High-Quality Brass Body: Made of 100% genuine brass, resistant to high pressure and the extremely low temperatures of CO2 gas, and rust-free.

Dual Readout Gauges: Dual gauges clearly display the cylinder pressure (Inlet Pressure) and the delivery working pressure (Outlet Pressure).

Sintered Bronze Filter: Features a sintered filter embedded at the inlet connection to trap contaminants and dust, preventing internal mechanism damage.

Safety Relief Valve: Equipped with an automatic safety relief valve to prevent danger in case system pressure exceeds standard limits.

Precise Pressure Control: Premium-grade internal diaphragm and spring provide fine and stable pressure adjustment.

Application

Used for controlling CO2 gas pressure in MIG/MAG welding processes as a shielding gas.

Used in the beverage industry or systems requiring controlled-pressure carbon dioxide gas delivery.

How to use: Attach to the CO2 cylinder valve (CGA320 thread), check for tightness and leaks using soapy water, then gradually adjust to the desired working pressure.

Recommendation: If used continuously for a long time causing ice to form on the gauge, install a CO2 Heater to prevent the gauge from sticking.
