The SUMO CWT series Oxygen Gauge Dial Face (Low Pressure), model code WDRESPDIAOXYLCWT, is a spare part outlet pressure gauge specifically designed for use with CWT series regulators. It functions to display the working pressure of oxygen gas that has been regulated down. The dial provides high resolution and precision, enabling operators to accurately control the oxygen flow delivered to the welding or cutting torch to achieve the desired flame.

Application

Used as a spare part to replace damaged low-pressure (outlet side) oxygen gauge dials on CWT units, such as cracked lenses, stuck needles, or inaccurate scales.

Used for monitoring and controlling oxygen pressure in steel cutting or gas welding applications.

Instructions for Use: Close the cylinder valve and purge all gas completely. Unscrew the old dial face, clean the original connector threads, and install the new dial face onto the regulator using thread seal tape (do not use oil-based lubricants).

Caution: Regularly check for tightness and leaks using soapy water after installation.
