SUMO Medium Cut (Step 2) Car Polishing Compound 1 L is a medium-grade polishing compound designed to remove minor scratches, swirl marks, and compounding marks from the first step. It refines the paint surface to be smooth and uniform while bringing out the brilliant shine of the clear coat. This formula is easy to use, leaves no oily residue, and contains no fillers that merely mask defects—ensuring true paint correction.

Application

Used for removing swirl marks, moderate scratches, and holograms on vehicle paint surfaces.

Suitable for use as Step 2 following a heavy cut compound, or as a one-step polish for vehicles with paint in relatively good condition.

How to use: Apply drops of compound onto a polishing pad (recommended for use with a medium-cut foam pad). Polish using a rotary or DA polisher at medium speed until the compound begins to diminish, then wipe off any remaining residue with a clean microfiber cloth.

Recommendation: Do not polish in direct sunlight or while the car surface is still hot.
