The JBJ B140110001 is a spare tandem load roller designed for installation at the fork tips of hand pallet trucks. Made from high-quality red polyurethane (PU) cast onto a cast iron core, this model comes without bearings, allowing maintenance technicians to reuse existing bearings or install new ones according to CNS standards (such as No. 6204) to restore load-bearing performance and smooth operation.

Tandem Roller Stability: The tandem wheel design distributes pressure better than single wheels, making it easier to roll over obstacles, floor joints, or drainage grates while reducing vibration.

Cast Iron Core Strength: The extra-thick cast iron core can withstand immense loads of 2–3 tons from pallet trucks without bending or warping.

Floor-Friendly PU Surface: The polyurethane tread is flexible and tough, absorbing shocks without damaging epoxy surfaces or polished concrete floors, and leaves no black wheel marks.

Oil & Chemical Resistance: The polyurethane material provides excellent resistance against engine oil, chemicals, and metal chips on factory floors.
