The Xilin CDD15R-EN-33SL is a counterbalanced electric stacker with a 1.5-ton (1,500 kg) capacity, designed to function like a compact forklift in a walkie configuration. Its key highlight is the design without outriggers (No Straddle Legs), allowing it to pick up all types of pallets, including closed-face pallets. It comes with a 3.3-meter lift height, which is sufficient for stacking goods on standard 2-3 tier shelving.

Feature

Counterbalanced System: Uses a rear counterbalance system instead of front outriggers, allowing the forks to get right up close to racks or machinery and handle closed-face plastic pallets without limitation.

3.3m Lift Height: 3.3-meter lifting height allows for efficient vertical goods storage, covering mid-level racking operations.

AC Driving System: AC drive motor delivers consistent torque, smooth acceleration, and saves long-term maintenance costs.

Ergonomic Tiller Arm: The control handle is ergonomically designed for easy operation, integrating lift/lower buttons and directional controls in one place for operator convenience and safety.

Safety Features: Equipped with an electromagnetic brake (the stacker stops immediately when releasing the handle) and an emergency reverse button (Belly Button) to prevent the operator from being crushed.

Compact Maneuverability: Despite the counterbalanced system, the unit remains compact with a tighter turning radius than standard sit-down forklifts, providing agile indoor operation.

Application

Multi-Purpose Warehouses: Ideal for facilities using a mix of pallet types (open-face wooden pallets and closed-face plastic pallets).

Rack Stacking: Used for stacking goods onto racks 3 meters high or above, in areas where large forklifts cannot enter.

Production and Assembly Lines: Used for lifting molds or raw materials right up close to machinery without obstructive front outriggers.

Loading Dock Operations: Used for loading and unloading goods on and off trucks with standard loads of up to 1.5 tons.
