The Xilin CTDK15II-50SL is a 1.5-ton (1,500 kg) stand-on electric reach stacker featuring a reach mast function that allows the mast assembly to extend forward to pick up pallets without moving the entire chassis closer. Featuring an exceptional lift height of up to 5.0 meters and Electric Power Steering (EPS), it is a premium solution for warehouses aiming to minimize aisle widths and maximize vertical storage capacity.
Feature
Reach Mast Function: The mast can extend forward, enabling it to handle all types of pallets (both open-face and closed-bottom) without front straddle legs obstructing, ensuring deep and precise placement onto racking.
5.0m High Lift Mast: Equipped with a high-quality 3-stage mast (Triplex Mast) providing a lift height of up to 5.0 meters, along with a smooth hydraulic system that minimizes vibration while lifting heavy loads at heights.
Electric Power Steering (EPS): 100% electric power steering system allows the operator to steer the 1.5-ton truck effortlessly with maximum precision, reducing fatigue from long hours of continuous operation.
AC Drive System: Powered by an alternating current (AC) motor that delivers consistently high torque, responsive acceleration, and saves on long-term maintenance costs due to being brushless.
Folding Platform & Guard Rails: Foldable stand-on platform with thickly padded safety guard rails supports high-speed long-distance travel, and can be folded away for pedestrian operation in very confined spaces.
