The Xilin model CBD20S-2565 is a double pallet handler electric stacker with a 2.0-ton (2,000 kg) rated capacity, distinguished by its wide fork assembly (685 mm). It is designed to lift two standard-sized pallets simultaneously (upper and lower) in a single trip using a separate lifting system between the lower fork legs (Initial Lift) and the upper mast assembly (Mast Lift). It is especially ideal for applications requiring high speed for loading/unloading goods from trucks or long-distance transport within warehouses.

Feature

Double Pallet Capability: Capable of lifting and transporting 2 pallets at the same time (e.g., lower pallet 1,000 kg and upper pallet 1,000 kg), reducing cycle trips by up to 50%.

Wide Fork Version (685 mm): Extra-wide 685 mm fork width (compared to standard 540/570 mm models) provides greater stability and support for wider pallets.

Initial Lift System: Lower fork leg lift system increases ground clearance, allowing the vehicle to negotiate ramps or uneven surfaces without the forks catching.

AC Drive Technology: Driven by an AC motor system that delivers consistently high torque, smooth acceleration, and easy maintenance due to the absence of carbon brushes.

Foldable Platform & Guard Rails: Equipped with a foldable operator platform and protective side guard rails, allowing operators to choose between ride-on operation for speed or folding them away to walk behind in confined spaces.
