The OKAZAKI SPHR0400 is a 4.0 mm diameter spiral hand reamer made of special-grade High Speed Steel (HSS). It is a precision tool used to enlarge pre-drilled holes to high accuracy and a mirror-like surface finish. The reamer is designed to shave away a very minimal amount of metal to achieve the most accurate dimensions.
