The OKAZAKI SPHR0650 is a 6.5 mm diameter spiral hand reamer made from premium High Speed Steel (HSS). It is designed to enlarge pre-drilled pilot holes to a highly accurate size with maximum internal surface smoothness, operated either manually by hand or using low-RPM machines.

Feature

Helical/Spiral Flute: The spiral flutes enable continuous cutting action and reduce vibration (chatter) better than straight flutes, resulting in a consistent and smooth surface finish.

Excellent Chip Evacuation: The spiral flute design facilitates smooth chip evacuation from the hole, reducing chip clogging that could damage the workpiece surface.

High Precision Engineering: Manufactured to Japanese Industrial Standards (JIS) with extremely tight tolerance, perfect for high-precision applications.

Square Shank End: Features a square shank end to securely fit into a tap wrench, effectively transferring torque without slipping.
