The OKAZAKI SPHR0550 is a spiral hand reamer with a diameter of 5.5 mm., manufactured from premium grade High Speed Steel (HSS). It is designed to size existing holes with high precision and provide an exceptionally smooth internal surface finish. The helical spiral flute design offers greater stability and a superior surface finish compared to straight-flute reamers.

Spiral Flute Advantage: The helical spiral flutes reduce vibration (chatter) during rotation, ensuring a smooth, uniform hole profile and preventing rifling marks inside the hole.
