OKAZAKI Countersink (CS1S Series) model CS1S16-55 is an industrial-grade, extra-large countersink bit from Japan. Made from cobalt high-speed steel (HSSE), the bit is designed with an innovative single flute—a signature feature of the OKAZAKI brand—allowing for precise deburring and countersinking of large holes, a mirror-smooth finish, and reduced machine load compared to multi-flute countersinks.

Feature

Single Flute Advantage: The single cutting flute completely eliminates chatter, resulting in the roundest and smoothest countersunk surface.

HSSE (5% Cobalt): High-speed steel with cobalt provides extremely high strength, excellent resistance to frictional heat buildup, and long-lasting sharpness even when working on hard materials.

Super Large Diameter: With a cutting head width of up to 55 mm, it is the ideal tool for extra-large hole chamfering and countersinking.

90° Precision Angle: 90-degree cutting angle precise to international standards for deburring and countersinking screw heads.

Application
