The OKAZAKI Spiral Hand Reamer (SPHR Series) model SPHR1300 is a Japanese-standard premium bore finishing tool. Made from high-speed steel (HSS) with a spiral flute design, it is engineered to enlarge pre-drilled holes to a high-precision size of 13.0 mm., delivering a mirror-finish internal surface.
