The OKAZAKI model NPD040-090 is a high-quality NC Starting Drill made to Japanese standards by OKAZAKI SEIKI. Manufactured from cobalt high-speed steel (HSS-Co / HSCO), it is designed to create the most precise starting mark before actual drilling. It prevents drill walking or slipping off the desired location, ensuring consistently high drilling accuracy.

90° Point Angle: The 90-degree point angle is designed for spotting and can also be used for hole chamfering for countersunk screws.

Premium Cobalt HSS: The HSCO material provides high strength, withstands accumulated drilling heat better than standard HSS, and retains sharpness longer.
