The OKAZAKI Model NPDC200-090 is the largest NC Starting Drill in this series (20.0 mm.), manufactured by the leading Japanese cutting tool brand OKAZAKI SEIKI. Made from Cobalt High-Speed Steel (HSS-Co / HSCO), it is designed to create accurate starting points on heavy metal workpieces. The large, short shank and body effectively minimize runout and chatter, making it ideal for CNC machines requiring maximum performance.

Feature

90° Point Angle: The 90-degree point angle provides a center mark wide and deep enough to guide the main drill bit tip, and is also ideal for large-scale chamfering up to 20 mm. in a single operation.

High Cobalt HSS (HSCO): Premium-grade material with cobalt content increases strength and provides excellent heat resistance, allowing cutting edges to stay sharp longer even when working with high-hardness materials.

Heavy Duty Rigidity: With a diameter of up to 20 mm., it provides maximum tool rigidity, decisively reducing deflection and center runout.
