The OKAZAKI Model NPD200-090 is an extra-large NC starting drill bit designed for maximum precision, manufactured by OKAZAKI SEIKI, Japan. Made from cobalt high-speed steel (HSS-Co / HSCO), it provides exceptional strength and heat resistance. With a large diameter of 20.0 mm, this drill bit is ideal for spotting before drilling large holes on CNC or milling machines, preventing the primary drill bit from wandering or vibrating off-center.

Feature

90° Point Angle: The 90-degree point angle is designed to create a pilot hole that perfectly fits standard drill bit tips, and can also be used for large hole chamfering in a single tool.

HSS-Cobalt (HSCO): Made from premium cobalt-alloyed HSS, extending tool life and maintaining sharpness even when machining high-hardness materials.
