The OKAZAKI TiN Coated Cobalt High Speed Steel Saw Blade model TCMS42370X045 is a premium metal cutting saw blade made from cobalt-alloyed high-speed steel (M35/HSS-Co) and finished with a gold Titanium Nitride (TiN) coating. This enhances cutting edge surface hardness and provides excellent heat resistance. It is designed for low-speed metal cutting (Cold Sawing) with an emphasis on precision and a significantly longer service life compared to standard blades.

Cobalt Steel (HSS-Co): The cobalt alloy provides high blade rigidity and excellent edge retention even under high temperatures.

TiN Coating: The TiN coating reduces friction, prevents built-up edge (BUE), and extends tooth service life 2–3 times longer than untreated blades.
