Designed for the final finishing reaming process to consistently achieve high-precision 5.5 mm holes, it eliminates tolerances and marks left by standard drill bits, delivering a workpiece that is flawless in both dimensions and internal surface smoothness.

Application
Used for precision reaming of pre-drilled holes to expand them precisely to 5.5 mm.

Recommendation: Pre-drill the hole approximately 0.15 to 0.20 mm smaller than 5.5 mm and use high-quality coolant during operation.
