The OKAZAKI HR Series Model HR0430 is a professional-grade hand reamer crafted from premium-selected High Speed Steel (HSS) from Japan. Designed to finish and enlarge existing pre-drilled holes to a highly accurate diameter of 4.3 mm, it removes internal surface roughness, sizes holes to the required tolerance, and delivers an exceptionally smooth, uniform surface finish.

Feature

Premium HSS Material: Made from premium high-speed steel with high hardness and excellent wear resistance, maintaining sharp cutting edges for extended use.

Straight Flute Design: Straight flutes ensure stable material removal, provide chatter-free operation, and produce a clean, smooth hole finish.

Self-Centering Lead Taper: An extra-long ground lead taper at the tip helps the operator easily keep the reamer perpendicular to the workpiece when starting manual reaming.

Industrial Square Shank: Standard square shank end designed for a secure, non-slip grip in a tap wrench during operation.

Application

Used for precision reaming of 4.3 mm holes to enhance dimensional accuracy and surface finish quality.
