The OKAZAKI HR Series Model HR0360 is a high-quality hand reamer made from High-Speed Steel (HSS). Designed to finish existing holes to maximum precision at a diameter of 3.6 mm, it eliminates drilling roughness, brings hole dimensions within standard tolerances, and provides a consistently smooth internal finish.

Feature

Premium HSS Construction: Manufactured from special grade high-speed steel, delivering high strength, wear resistance, and longer-lasting cutting edge retention.

Straight Flute Design: Straight cutting flutes ensure stable material removal, reduce chatter during operation, and produce a fine surface finish.

Long Lead Taper: Features an extra-long ground lead taper at the tip to assist in centering and keeping the reamer perpendicular to the hole when reaming by hand.

Square Driving End: The square shank end is designed to clamp firmly in a tap wrench, delivering full rotational torque without slipping.

Application

Used for precision reaming of 3.6 mm holes to enhance hole dimensional accuracy and surface finish quality.

Suitable for machinery assembly, mold maintenance, and bolt or dowel pin installation requiring the highest level of fit precision.
